shed plans home

saltbox 315 with each person's personal touch. They are both from same set of plans.

First of all I would like to comment on the plans. I was very pleased with the detail and the ease of which the shed went together. (As a very novice builder I really appreciate that.) As you can see from the photos the shed looks like its been specifically designed for the area.  I added a window, that adds very much needed light, and the flower boxes added are, I think the right touch, for a setting in a mature garden.
This is Plan #L315 with a single door.

Comments from Craig S. from Springfield, Ohio

I love the shed and it's built to last!  I added some gable vents on the sides and I added a flower box.  I offset the front door and added a window.  I added some extra trim around the bottom and stained it with Thompson's California redwood and used desert sun shingles.  I enclosed the soffits with the extra T1-11 siding.  On the inside I added a work shelf along the side wall and a loft.  This was all done for under $800.00.  I have looked at similar designs elsewhere and I know that I would have paid double had I not gone through  you.   The plans were fantastic and easy to follow and it's built stronger than any other shed I have seen with the saltbox style.
